Position statement
1. State Agencies must be held accountable for the tax money they spend.

2. State Agencies must evaluate their programs to insure that they are cost effective and administrative cost kept at a minimum. Ineffective programs must be eliminated or consolidated and in-place program must be improved. Are agencies meeting their goals and have they established outcome measures? State agencies must reduce administrative costs.
