Full Biography for Manny Ontiveros

Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Anaheim Union High School District

As a life long Anaheim resident, I have been involved in my community for the past 10 years. Prior to obtaining my bachelor's degree, in Criminology and Law, I attended (removed by request of candidate) High School.

In 1992, I was appointed by the Anaheim City Council to serve on the Anaheim Parks & Recreation Commission. Re-appointed in 1996, I am currently the Chairman of this seven member commission.

In 1993, I was appointed by Orange County Supervisor William G. Steiner, to the Orange County Human Relations Commission.

The main reason that I am seeking this office, is to give back to the high school district, which laid the foundation for who I am today.
