- Imposed Jail sentences, for first time in California history, on corporate executives found guilty of toxic waste pollution.
- Current assignment--unique Federally-funded criminal child support enforcement Court. Collect tens of millions of dollars for thousands of kids.
- Lawyer from 1973-1983. Prosecutorial, defense and juvenile court experience, including position as Special Assistant to the United States Attorney.
