Surpreme court should return the federal government to be in compliance with the US Constitution.The bill of rights, the first ten admendments to the constitution limit the federal government to those functions listed in the constitution. The tenth amendment states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Education, safety, drugs, guns, health, are not functions that were expected to accomplished by the federal government. These any others not listed as federal functions should be returned to the states or to the people. |
