Proposition 14 California Reading and Literacy Improvement and Public Library Construction and Renovation Bond Act of 2000

Local government costs of $20 million (one-time) and potentially millions of dollars in annual operating costs.

Proposition 16 Veterans’ Homes Bond Act of 2000
