Shall Zoning Resolution #43-99A adopted on October 15th, 1999 by the Colerain Township Board of Township Trustees to amend the zoning plan, be approved?
Harold R. Silverman, Trustee of Silverman & Company, Inc., filed an application for a major amendment to a Final Development Plan in an approved "EE" Planned Retail District, (the former case being Colerain Case No. l-88), for the property located at 8340 and 8370 Colerain Avenue (the southeast corner of the intersection of Ronald Reagan Highway and Colerain Avenue), specifically Auditor's Plat Book 510, Page 60, Parcels 7, 8, and 239 and Book 5 10, Page 90, Parcels I and 249). The property consists of 7.96+(-) gross acres. The amendment would allow the integration of the property where the former savings and loan building is currently located into the development for parking; the demolition of approximately two-thirds (2/3) of the existing Crossings of Colerain; the relocation of the existing site detention to underground site detention; the extension of the parking lot toward the north in the area of the existing detention; and the construction of a new, approximately 68,450 square foot building to house a supermarket. The retail use in the development would be limited to a maximum of 86,535 square feet. The development of the property would be subject to the conditions and declarations of Article 21 inclusive, and Article 26 inclusive, of the Colerain Township Zoning Resolution, as well as the covenants, conditions and variances described in Resolution #43-99A. Copies of Resolution #43-99A and the Colerain Township Zoning Resolution are available for inspection at the Colerain Township Clerk's Office, 4200 Springdale Road, during normal business hours.
