If there is no victim, there is no crime.Allow any behavior that is peaceful. This includes smoking marijuana, gambling, and consensual sex. When government tries to end sin, the police have an impossible job. The can only enforce the law by making selective arrests using entrapment. This leads to corruption, bribes, threats. It's easier and safer to bust a poker game than to pursue a car thief. |
