Shall the rent ordinance be amended to restrict a landlord's ability to evict for landlord/relative occupancy by: prohibiting evictions where a landlord owns a comparable vacant unit; providing $4500 in relocation assistance to certain low-income tenants; prohibiting evictions of some elderly and disabled tenants; restricting the units which may be subject to landlord/relative move-ins; providing for the evicted tenant's right of re-occupancy; and providing for a prevailing tenant's right to attorneys' fees in an eviction?
