Our people are great and I feel with enhanced equipment and training, they will be the best.Our District, Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, when the merger is completed in Dec. of 2000 will be the 7th largest fire district in the State of California. We are going to be held up as a template of how counties can reorganize their Fire Services and provide improved service to their constituents. I want to provide our personnel with the finest equipment and the best training available. We can only enhance our ability to provide the finest service for OUR constituents. |
