Chuck was born in San Diego and has lived in La Mesa since 1947. He graduated from Grossmont High School, and attended San Diego State University. He has a degree in Business Management and Business Administration. In addition he holds three professional designations in the financial services industry.

Over the last ten years, Chuck has been serving on the La Mesa Planning Commission, twice serving as Chairman. An active participant in community affairs and workshops, Chuck is dedicated to the affairs of the city he loves so much.
