Open and Honest CommunicationBy Paul G. NakaueCandidate for Governing Board Member; Lincoln Unified School District | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
I believe that we all need to encourage open and honest communication within the district.Too many times people follow the proper protocol only to be told that they will receive a response shortly or that the matter is being looked into when in fact this is not true. No response is ever received or any action taken. This cannot occur if the district is to move forward. Without open and honest communication there cannot be cooperation or progress. Open and honest communication also fosters accountability because all parties must now follow through with what they have said they would do and be held accountable for their actions. |
