I have owned property in San Miguel for 13 years, and lived here for 5+. I have five children, one in college, one at Paso High School, and three at Pleasant Valley School. I have been on the school board for about two and one-half years. I work part time for a couple of different physicians in Templeton. I am very involved in my church and teach the young women ages 12-14. My husband Scott owns his own business, Onsite Piping & Welding. We live on a forty acre ranch and have two dogs, five cats, numerous goats, sheep, chickens and a Llama. One of the reasons we moved here was because we knew that Pleasant Valley School was an excellent school, and we wanted our children to receive a good education. I became a member of the school board because I was, and am, concerned that all children in our district receive a quality education, and want to do whatever I can to ensure that for the children in our district. |
