Political Philosophy for Leo Padreddii
Candidate for |
I was involved in creating the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and the Harbor District that gives the later management authority until the year 2008 at Oyster Point Marina. I feel my experience as a former mayor, councilman and school board member has enabled me to work effectively as a Harbor Commissioner. My philosophy has always been to working within a budget, and provide quality services, programs and amenities for the public. In addition to his service on public bodies, Padreddii has been a member of the San Mateo County Friers, Italian American Citizens Club, Elks Club, and the San Mateo County Fair Board. The Harbor Commission is working well together, and I am committed to carrying out several important projects at both Oyster Point Marina Park in South San Francisco and Pillar Point Harbor in El Granada. We are moving harmoniously in a positive direction at both facilities, and I am confident that as we enter the 21st century, we can continue to strengthen these important public jewels. |
