This information is provided by the candidate |
Todd Keegan believes in quality medical care in which Doctors make medical treatment decisions, not accountants.Todd Keegan supports every individual's right to accessible, quality medical care. Denying such care to meet an HMO's bottom line is a travesty of an American ideal. Health care decisions must be made by physicians, not accountants, and the well being of our citizens is not a matter of bookkeeping expediency. During Todd Keegan's six years on the El Cajon City Council, he's demonstrated that the best way to accomplish goals, large and small, for the community is by bringing people together to work for a consensus. This consensus building has resulted in the wide range of endorsements Todd Keegan has received. From labor and business organizations, to nurses and law enforcement, the support is overwhelming. Republicans, Democrats, and Independents see the consensus building skills of Todd Keegan as something that has been missing in the 77th for too long. Todd Keegan's family values are not those that pit one group against another to advance a partisan agenda. Todd Keegan promotes the kind of family values that unite us and help us accomplish our common goals. |
