A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Cheviot, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding three (3) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.30) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2001, first due in calendar year 2002.
