1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:

I have been working with the State of Ohio to find the reason why the sound level has increased in the neighborhoods after the installation of the sound walls on I-71. There seem to be different reasons for each neighborhood. After the research is finished, we hope to come up with a solution.
