1. How would you implement your top priority?
|
Answer from James L. Siegel:
We currently have the operating levy in place. This levy has to be presented to the voters every two years. With this it is difficult for council to make any long term plans. This change would be from 2 years to 4 years. The 5 mil. would stay the same, it will not change. The passage of this will also halp us to continue the many services offered to the Silverton residents.
