1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Patricia J. "Pat" (Jones) Haas:
Working with the Army Corp of Engineers and communites through which the Little Duck Creek flows to establish guide lines and enforcement policies for development that will not have a negative impact and cause or increase flooding. There needs to be definitive policies and guidelines. This approach would not stop development but could prevent future tragedies. This approach is needed all over the county. Developers and communities would need to have Corp approval before projects are implemented. The Corp is able to give information to communities that will enable development to have no or minimal impact on the watershed.
Answer from Virmorgan L. Ziegler:
Overseeing items of expenditure, that they are not frivvolous or unnecessary. Approving only reasonable and necessary expenditures but still providing necessary services to the Village.
