1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Lyle G. Inskeep:

Working with mayor, fellow council members and administration to attract new businesses to our village and continue to work with our current businesses to provide an environment for their growth and success. This will create job opportunities for our community. Will allow us to continue to provide the best of village services for our residents in a responsible manner.
