1. How would you implement your top priority?
Developing Montgomery Road is a challenging procedure. First I believe a committee of interested people must be formed. People from the Norwood Historical Society, people from city administration, council people (both parties represented),interested citizens. Well balanced group so that no interest or political party or group can have a majority. This committee must formulate a master plan for the length of Main Street (Montgomery Rd.)in Norwood, Ohio. Seek professional help from historical preservation professionalsThen this plan must be submitted to the Building Department, the Planning & Zoning boards, and be presented to the Community development person, and the Planing director as well as City Council. Next - both the community development person and the planning director must begin aggressively seeking developers and funds to implement this plan.
We must seek developers and fine developments for the front door of Norwood - The Pike-Montgomery Rd.-Main Street. We have been successful in finding developers for other area of Norwood, why ignore our core area.
