1. How would you implement your top priority?
Student achievement is not something that is magically implemented. Achievement takes time and teamwork. This district's Continuous Improvement Plan has been the right first step. However, much work remains. One important aspect of student achievement is the continued harmony between board, administration and community. In light of our ever-changing student population, issues such as redistricting, English as a second Language and grade-level structure become important factors. The ability for these three groups to work together is vital to student achievement
