"I favor keeping the San Francisco Rebublican County Central Committee free from UNDUE INFLUENCE by Democratic Party-oriented City Hall politcal figures, as do most Central Committe candidates backed by the Bay Area Lincoln League (BALL). This is currently THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE confronting the San Francisco Rebublican County Central Committee. Many unwise political endorsements have been made for local San Francisco offices over the last five years."
