Local government is reponsible for the daily maintenance of our local communities. We need to trust, respect, and verify the improvements we expect from our tax dollars. Sound business practices apply to providing services from government just as they do for quality businesses. When we spend tax dollars they need to produce a result that improves services and systems. Each expenditure needs to be an investment.
