In 1996 I was the President of Growers Harvesting Assoc. Lee led the group as our attorney/manager. We had over 400 agri-business members, a 15-member board of directors, a large budget, monthly newsletter, quarterly legal seminars, lobbying tours of Sacramento, an annual dinner/auction...the list is endless. Lee was a hardworking, 'hands on' manager who organized, directed and handled it all. She researched and added new technology, bringing us into the computer age. She encouraged a 'customer friendly' attitude among the staff that increased membership.

While managing the association, Lee logged hundreds of hours taking control of the legal problems of our individual members. She was resourceful and implemented a preventative legal training program with excellent results in safeguarding our members and their employees.

While leading our organization, Lee still found time to be a sworn judge pro tem, chairperson of the Bar Association legistative committee, a trained leader for the boy scouts and girl scouts, and mother of an Eagle Scout.

In the many years I have known Lee, she has always been consistent, ethical and inspiring. Turn a job over to her and it was done, on time and under budget! She has good sense and wisdom beyond her years, and knows how to use them, roll up her sleeves and create success."
