Reducing Traffic CongestionBy Gordon J. WozniakCandidate for Member, City Council; City of Berkeley; District 8 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Berkeley needs a citywide traffic plan that promotes carpooling and alternate routes to avoid our residential neighborhoods # not piecemeal solutions that just make traffic worse for neighbors a few blocks away. Incentives to encourage people to reduce the number of car trips are also an important tool to easing Berkeley's traffic problems. |
