Support expansion of the County Library in Pleasant Hill

Combine the flood basin with the planned housing development by using an underground garage as the flood basin. Save millions in cost. Avoid annual flood insurance cost of $800+ to everyone in the flood zone.

Eliminiate business taxes for mini-businesses

Negotiate community approval by changing the Crestwood program. Insist that Crestwood conform to existing medical domiciles at that corner.

Montgomery Ward area development should be fashioned after Sun Vally Shopping Center
