Tomas Ramon Martin, for Water Board of Directors to the Water Replenishment District of Southern California, Division 4. Resident for 30 years in the District. I am proud to have served our community. My past accomplishments for outstanding record as a dedicated leader for our communities: He won the election for City Council in 1994, Mayor (former) City of Maywood, Director of Los Angeles County Sanitation District, the Vice President of the South East Community Development Corporation (Train n' Wheels) created by Senator Martha Escutia, and Community Representative for Assemblyman Marco Antonio Firebaugh. As a Water Boar Director, I will remain committed to important issues that will best serve the people of our District. The process of water trading, conservancy, water safety and decreasing reliance on costly imported water. Improving drinking water quality and increasing water supplies. Removing comnatination from the groundwater basin. More water treatment facilities in the Southeast areas, where the highest minority populations live in. The Water Replenishment Distrcit of Southern California, Division 4, needs new leadership with experience and dedication and with outstanding record as a dedicated Public Servant. Tomas Ramon Martin is the best choice for Water Board of Directors. Tomas Ramon Martin, Community Advisory Consultant for Water Board Director. Vote Tueseday November 5, 2002. |
