A low crime rate and a good quality of life requires going back to the basics -- we must enforce existing laws.

Police effectiveness to fight crime must not be hampered by crime friendly laws such as Special order 40 (LAPD's police mandate that does not allow police officers to question the immigration status of gang members).

Business must be attracted to our city by removing or reducing taxes such as L.A.s business tax.

City services and police protection should be equally enforced for the poor and the rich.

Building and Safety Codes must be enforced equally for all, regardless of demographic makeup.
