To focus the resources and services of the new Valley City to the of this district as determined by the residents of the district as represented by Neighborhood Councils, Homeowner Groups, Chambers Of Commerce or any other civic or business association and town hall forums. Pave streets on an as-needed basis, rather than schedules. Same with trees trimming. Regular neighborhodd clean up days. You bring it out - the city picks it up. Targeted to areas of a few blocks at a time, to get rid of all the refuse that has collected that people don't know how or can't afford to get rid of. Low or no interset loan progrmas ot residents and small business for exterior repair and maintainance - makes the whole neighborhood look better |
