Robert Pacelli joins race for Pacific Grove council seats.Longtime community activist Robert Pacelli filed petitions Tuesday to seek a City Council seat... Pacelli said the city's most important issue is protecting Monterey Bay from sewer spills. "We need a clearly defined plan, drawn on maps with specific deadlines, goals and costs that can be easily understood by everyone," he said. "In addition, I believe we need to set up a sewage committee of outsiders and specialists so we can research alternative funding and technologies that will give us a world-class sewer system to protect our Monterey Bay Sanctuary." |
