Accomplishments within the City of soledad

This information is provided by the candidate
Mayor and city Councilman (six years)
Directly responsible for the establishment of the Soledad Redevelopment Agency and the development of the Community Center.

While Mayor and Councilman was member to AMBAG, Transportation Committees, and other agencies assigned to me as representative of the City.

Developed over 150 Farmworker rental housing units in the City of Soledad.

Developed nine Affordable Quality Homes in the City of Soledad.

Remodeled Twenty five single family homes in the City of Soledad

Administer a $300,000 revolving loan fund to assist businesses in the City of Soledad, from Capital financing, building remodeling to new commercial building construction.

Provid technical assistance to City Planning Consultants in the City General Plan Update and to City Staff when requested (at no cost to the city or consultants).
