Other candidates have been talking about replacing sewer lines before they become "a major financial burden to residents and businesses". This sounds like a scare tactic..there is currently no evidence of crumbling sewers. The District regularly evaluates the sewer system with the innovative camera system for which they won an award from the California Association of Sanitation Agencies. Preventative Maintenance has been a district priority for years.

Many of the "plans" for the MCSD claimed by other candidates are already in operation and have been for a number of years. Candidates have included inspecting flood channels in their plans, when that does not even fall under the jurisdiction of the MCSD. Special trash pick up for the elderly and physically impaired?... that service is already provided by the MCSD and the MCSD has received recognition from other agencies for this special service.

Observation is not the same as experience. Making decisions after considerable study and analysis is something in which I have many years of experience (not just observation).

Voters don't always have the time to find out all the particulars about every candidate. The Midway City Sanitary District has 12 Candidates running for 3 seats. Hopefully my history and my qualifications will convince you to vote for me.

It's tough to run against someone with HUGE name recognition and years of political contacts. I need every vote...I need YOUR vote. Please vote for me November 5.
