Ten-Point Plan

My detailed Ten-Point Plan will help to preserve and enhance the best of Tustin.

1. To promote integrity and accountability in government, I have developed proposals to combat institutional crime, ban political campaign contributions from companies doing business with the City, ban political gifts to council members, and require voter approval of all council pay raises.

2. My "Safer City Initiative" will increase recreational facilities for Tustin's at-risk youth, reduce use of dangerous pesticides in our schools, implement a high school CPR course taught by volunteer instructors, and ensure that Tustin gets its fair share of Tobacco Settlement money for health and safety services for Tustin's kids and seniors.

3. I will draw upon my extensive experience to fight on legal, political, and legislative fronts any proposal to expand John Wayne Airport; continue my efforts to preserve and promote parkland and open spaces in our family-oriented community; and fight against overdevelopment at the former Tustin Marine base and elsewhere in order to protect Tustin against traffic, air pollution, and related problems.
