Candidate for
Mayor; City of La Mesa

My top priorities are:

Public safety ? add paramedics to the fire department assuring that qualified people respond to medical emergencies; continue coordinating police services with school districts, including DARE and emergency response; assure maintenance of quality police and fire protection.

Senior issues ? work to retain Dial-A-Ride transportation services in La Mesa; maintain affordable, nutritious meals for seniors; assure high level of quality senior recreational programs in our community at a reasonable cost.

Maintain our outstanding quality of life ? keep community parks well maintained and accessible; complete Junior Seau Sports Complex; work to attract and keep businesses; explore ways to create affordable housing.
