  • ACCOUNTABILITY-the public schools must be accountable to the public and likewise, the public must be accountable to the schools and our children
  • COMMUNICATION-there must be an open flow of communication between the teachers, staff, administration, and public (families & children)
  • GROWTH & SAFETY- as Fallbrook grows we need to strive to maintain the rural atmosphere and provide safe and healthy schools for our children
