Balance is the key
Economic stability for all small municipalities like Santee is the challenge. In the last ten years, the state has repeatedly taken away allocations which the cities are dependent upon. By developing our Corporate Campus, building Trolley Square and building choice residential housing, we become less dependent on the State. This will allow the city to provide increased services to our residents on a long term basis.
