Education and Qualifications:

For the past four years I have served on the Town Council. My committee assignments include being Commissioner of Finance and member of the Recreation Commission. Since December 2000, I have been the Vice-Mayor. I enjoy working with and serving the citizens of the Town. I believe that our Town is efficient and effective in the delivery of services to its citizens and it operates in a fiscally responsible manner, in part because of the caring and involvement of its residents.

In addition to my work on the Town Council I served our community as a:
• Member of the Hillsborough City School District Board of Trustees for 10 years, twice serving as its President.
• Member of the Hillsborough Recreation Commission for 10 years and President for four years.

I am President and Chairman of Hemming Morse CPAs and have served as Chairman of its forensic accounting and fraud investigation practice since
1975. I hold both BS and MS degrees in accounting.

My wife, Barbara, and I have lived in Hillsborough for more than 25 years. Our three children attended Hillsborough's schools through graduation from Crocker.
