My political philosophy is simple: Pasadena councilmembers are public "servants" first and foremost. They are in office at the behest of the residents of their respective districts to further the collective wishes of their district. Not everyone can or will be pleased with the resolutions offered by their council person, but everyone deserves the respect of being included in the decision-making process, if they so desire.
