Steve has consistently worked to make West Hollywood a safer community.
He fought to bring additional motorcycle deputies to the Sunset Strip. By revising the Sheriff's deployment schedule, Steve has increased the number of deputies patrolling our neighborhoods on the weekends. He has consistently voted to close down problem nightclubs and bars. Steve worked with the County to create a new fire station to better protect our residents and improve paramedic response time. He sponsored the City's new "Kids Safe" program and helped create new neighborhood watch groups.
