We must continue to address finacial issues.
Financial responsibility : The board must manage financial resources effectively and efficiently. We must scrutinize each line item searching for savings and ways to contain growth. We should seek creative methods of increasing revenue such as expanding facility rental income and offering unique advertising opportunities. The board should continue its efforts to examine the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing such things as maintenance and bus service. The board needs to continue to utilize the expertise of the Business Advisory Committee.
