Every community has 4of July celebration except Norwood
As a former Chair of The Norwood Day Parade, I believe I have the community contacts to bring all the elements together to make the celebration possible. I would hav e a community potluck dinner as part of the celebration. I would follow this with entertainment and the fireworks
