Judge; Court of Appeals; District 4; Republican Party Voter Information

6 Year Term.

The Court of Appeals is essentially a court of review. It hears appeals from the Common Pleas, County and Municipal Courts. Decisions are final except in cases involving Constitutional questions, felony cases in which it has original jurisdiction and cases of public or great general interest.

Matthew W. McFarland 14,187 votes 29.43%

Milt Nuzum 11,225 votes 23.28%

Oakley Clark Collins 10,543 votes 21.87%

Fred W. Crow, III 8,655 votes 17.95%

Robert P. Driscoll 3,604 votes 7.48%
