Continue to develop and implement our economic, business, and community developement plan for the future of our community and its future. It has been almost 4 years since you elected me as your representative to the Hercules City Council. I made a promise to all of you and as you can see I kept my promise. Our city in now in a better position. We are now generating new revenues, new businesses, new jobs, new commercial and industrial establisments, new houses in all level, new infrastructure for the future. However, my work is not done. These new development is critical in order for our city to provide the best quality of life for our community. I like to see the continuation of our progress. Examples of project that I like to continue supporting are: The Hercules Waterfront; The Hercules Amtrak Station; The Hercules Transit Village and The Water Transit Authority Ferry services to San Francisco Bay Area. These projects are pedestrian friendly, bicycle friendly and neighborhood freindly. It will have commercial, retail, live-work type of structures. Continue to work with the business community to bring new businesses and jobs especially restaurants, different retail shops which is part of the waterfront master plan. Let's continue our City's progressive path, our City's Business, Economic and Community Plans for the betterment of our community and its future. |
