What our Teachers and Children need

Teachers and our children need an environment that is conducive to teaching and learning.

Parental support and involvement.

Ensure and atmosphere where our children and teachers know they are safe from criminal acts against them.

Children must have teachers who want to teach.

Teachers must be appropriately trained.

Teachers and our children need the school district to equitably, efficiently and effectively allocate funds to all schools.

Teachers need the tools and resources to meet state and federal mandates.

Teachers should be allowed sufficient time during the day for instructional planning.

Teachers should recieve positive direction, mentoring and support from all level of administration.
