RamonaBy Carolyn A. DorrohCandidate for Board Member; Ramona Community Planning Area | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Let's grow as though we do indeed have common sense.Unfortunately, I am witnessing Ramona's beautiful natural resources, prime agriculture lands, and wonderful rural character disappearing at an alarming rate. The growth rate proposed by developers surpasses, by far, the growth rate of our struggling infrastructure. The typical traffic lines for commuters accessing Ramona today is 3 to 10 miles long, yet there are no plans to relieve that. It would be an injustice to my community if I were to remain complacent. I have the ability to keep our community's best interest above other interests, look at information in an analytical fashion, consider cumulative effects, and make informed decisions. I can make a positive difference, but not without your vote. |
