Presently a Director of Helix Water District representing our Division I. After serving for three years, have participated in ongoing continuing education to stay current with water issues. A graduate of the Special Districts Institute.

My family and I have lived in East County since 1946. East County businessowner for 35 years, veteran serving in the U.S. Army Infantry. Graduate of Grossmont High School and National University. Masters Degree in Business Administration.
