Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD) Water and Sewer Rates

FPUD' Water and Sewer Rates are too numerous and too high
Cities like Oceanside, San Diego, and Escondido support water utilities, police, fire, park and rec, and attorney departments. Normally, instead of raising taxes, these cities increase their water and sewer rates and use these increased fees for the police, fire, park and rec, and attorney departments. It is a violation of their city charters but is ignored. FPUD has none of the other departmentns named above to support and, consequently, their domestic water and sewer fees should be very much lower than those of the above named cities, they are not. The huge spending binge FPUD has engaged in over the past four years must stop and our water and sewer rates reduced.
