A vaiety of recreational outlets would provide diversions from youthful mischief that results from boredom.The more a community invests in its youth the more those youths will feel accepted by and a part of that community. If children have a vested interest, indeed if anyone does, in their community they are less apt to trash it. I believe it is important to provide a variety of sporting venues to meet the diverse interests of our youth. Obviously, ball fields are needed but, a skate park, biking trails and water sports facilities are things that could be considered. Personally, I am open to any suggestions. |
