- Alpine and the County General Plan 2020
-
I support the county plan of an easily-accessed and dense village core that contains a mix of housing types, surrounded by increasingly less dense housing and open space. This concept is one that has worked well in Europe and the rest of the world for centuries. However, considering Alpine's current East-West development pattern, it may need to be modified somewhat, and should include input from Alpine residents.
- Wright's Field
-
We have an opportunity now to preserve Wright's Field for generations to come. It's an area that contains not only a rich historical record but five endangered ecosystems.
