When I was first elected 8 years ago, I joined the Board to stop the crazy spending, Board Member abuses, and put a lid on rate increases. After all, I pay those same high rates too.

I am proud to say we have worked towards cost effective solutions to solve many of the problems associated with running a small water district.

Now it's clear our district's small customer base can't keep up with the skyrocketing operating and infrastructure costs without rate increases.

As President of the Riverview Water District, I want to continue to protect our rates. That is why I support the cost saving merger with Lakeside Water District.

The Riverview/Lakeside merger benefits include:
1. 20% rate reduction with a Uniform Rate Structure
2. Improved water quality with new water connections
3. NO TAXES or BONDS

Please allow me to complete the job I setout on 8 years ago. Vote for lower rates and improved water.

Any candidate who says that Riverview can continue to operate efficiently without raising rates is not representing your best interests or the facts.
